We have been delivering Drumming workshops and training events for Pre-School settings since 1998. Lead facilitator Steve Sharpe brings his unique style and sense of humour to engage the children in a variety of musical activities including songs, games, movement activities, rhymes and stories.
Steve is one of the lead tutors for Arts Play Highland - a project delivering a variety of creative arts workshops in pre school environments. The project aims to provide creative opportunities for all children and believes that early arts experiences are fundamental to the overall social and educational development of the child.
At Drumfun, we are able to involve your Pre-School setting as part of a primary school day, as a one off session, or as part of a larger project involving your group or a cluster of groups. We can also tailor a programme of staff training and mentoring, so that staff can be given the opportunity to try their hand at learning new skills and ideas for their own music sessions with the children.
